Believe it or not it is almost time to enter the next Art For Homeschool Art Show. May 1st is just around the corner. I hope to get as many or more art entries in the show as we had in February. There is no theme for the May show so that should free you up to be as creative with your subject matter as well as your medium. Deadline to enter the show is May 1 at midnight Central Daylight Time.
What? You haven’t got anything to enter? Come on now. You still have a few weeks. That gives you plenty of time to find your pencils, pens, markers, paintbrushes and paint, crayons, pastels or whatever you enjoy using. So get busy and create something fun and original. Remember, homeschool students and parents can enter the show.

This years May show marks the one year anniversary of the Art For Homeschool Art Show. Yeah! I am really proud of the students and parents that entered the shows throughout the year. Plus, Dick Blick deserves a great big “Thank You” for donating the awards.
